Below is how I started. Here’s an update.
I’m a 30-something-year old single chica, who loves, loves, loves to cook and bake! In my happy land, I’d do it for a living…but for now, I’ll get my paycheck elsewhere and use my office as a test kitchen. They will eat ANYthing, and I can always tell how successful a recipe has been by the time it takes for it all to disappear. I try to lighten things up when I can, and I love to experiment…if I don’t get it right the first time, try, try again!
I LOVE reading other blogs, cookbooks, cooking magazines and websites and love to get ideas from all over. Enjoy!

Double Apple Bundt Cake sounds and looks delicious! Your ingredients do not list eggs but they are mentioned in your mixing instructions.
