Thanks to my cousin, I recently discovered foodgawker. I realize saying that might be a sign of my blogging novice, but I’ll say it anyway. Since it was introduced to me, I find myself checking it daily (as I do many other fabulous blogs out there!). My roommate saw this picture and said “I want THAT for dinner.” Lucky for me it was not last month’s Daring Baker challenge (um, or ANY month’s for that matter…). Instead it was a simple, delish recipe that reminded me of “kid food.” YUM. Pair it up with some scrumptious squash from the farmer’s market and it was as easy as can be.
